Our favorite city councillor, Darren Fisher, dropped by with Mr. May from SNAP Dartmouth, and his soft coated Wheaton Terrier, Tobey.
Tobey is just 4 months old and loves chillin’ with the two Fisher kids.
Tobey loved Rose and Gollum, who returned his affections in kind… yeah right!
Apparently it isn’t just Rose and Gollum that need to take a load off after a tough day at the office and gym. This is Wiley and Amy Kanitz, daughter of Kristi Kanitz (of Kwik Kopy favourite Flagship Software). Mom and Dad use IAddress as an integral part of their mailing services. As hard as they work, it’s clear that Wiley works just as hard!

Our summer BBQs in support of Lab Rescue Nova Scotia are starting this Friday, May 18. Only 5 bucks for a burger or jumbo dog and a drink and snack. Last year we were able to raise $1150 and matched it dollar-for-dollar for a total of $2300. This year we’re going for an even $3000. Stop by 3604 Strawberry Hill between 12 and 2pm on Friday.

Well, well, well… look what we just got! Max from Segway Nova Scotia just brought over a new toy for the warehouse: a segway! This thing is the COOLEST. Dad had some trouble getting the hang of it, but check out Sherrie! She’s a total natural! There’s a video of Max showing everyone how it’s done below.
A little bird told me that there may or may not be some events this summer where you all can come over and ride this thing. How cool is that? Stay tuned for more news.
