It’s all Englebert Humperdinck covers, but the album art is killer.
P.S. – how sauve is Englebert Humperdinck?

Here are some free facts from your friend Rose: FACT – you could be looking at 313mg of cholesterol in that steak. FACT – those carrots in that sorta kinda focused photograph look like hot dogs which have 24mgs of cholesterol (times one, two, three probably-hot-dogs). Don’t know what that orange stuff is so let’s assume it’s some sort of mistakenly mixed gelatinous sugar mix which is just absurd. BOOM. That’s too many calories. BOOM. Dogs need calories to run around and bring you joy. BOOM. Just gonna take that off your hands. For your own good.
Banished are we. She says it’s for “cleaning purposes.” More specifically to clean the kitchen. What does that even mean? Have we ever – ever – made the slightest mess? Know what? Cuz of this, a mess is gonna come. Wait for it.
Last September we told you all about Lucy, a beautiful Lab that was in the care of Lab Rescue Nova Scotia and looking for a home. As you remember she found a new friend to live with. Turns out it was a match made in heaven. Lucy is doing extremely well and loving her new life – and the same can be said for Lucy’s housemate. Lucy has even lost a whole bunch of weight because of the long walks she goes on every day. What a life!
Here are some new pictures we thought we’d share.
Lucy dedicates an unfathomable amount of mental energy in locating her favourite bird.
Once found she doesn’t let it out of her sight.
We’re so happy that Lucy is doing so well. We’d love for her to stop by any time and see us in person!

What took you so long, internet?? Great post over at nextmovie.com about all of this year’s Best Picture nominees recast with better actors – that is, dogs. Enjoy a glimpse into the perfect universe. Check it out.
Obviously this post is getting tagged OSCAR.
We had a great time with Grammie and cousin Annie over the holidays. But now that Cuz has moved to NS, I feel like the sharing has definitely increased. This is not necessarily ideal. I mean, we love hanging out, but as you can see things are a lot more crowded these days.
Special shout-out to poor Grammie (70+ yrs) who actually sat on the floor of her own living room so all the grand-dogs would be comfortable.
Ah, my favourite chair. A nice, relaxed Rose is best for everyone involved. You can almost feel the serenity.
The fact is that this chair is MY chair. And I’ll be a monkey’s uncle aunt before I go and give it up. We’re going to need to work on our boundaries, Annie.
